415 NW 11th Building

The renovation of this 5,000 square foot building transformed a light industrial building, with minimal street appeal, into a welcoming mix of office and retail spaces. The overhead garage door and stuccoed areas from previous remodels was replaced by windows and doors that reflected existing facade elements. The interior was gutted and redesigned to include a retail store with street frontage and office space in the rear of the building. Interior spaces regained the appeal of their high ceilings and massive beams through the removal of an existing dropped ceiling. New windows and skylights fill the retail and office spaces with natural light. This building is home to Chesshir Architecture.
