L.C. Kramer Building

This 9,000 square foot building houses a wholesale textile business. The family-run venture has had three generations of ownership all in the same building. The current generation wanted to upgrade the image and functionality of their business. The building went through a complete interior and exterior renovation, yet through careful phasing was able to remain occupied during construction. The renovation included a new facade and reorganization of the functional spaces and their adjacencies to one another. The new facility has greatly improved office, warehousing, and shipping functions for the business.
