Peszkin/Garcia Beach House

Designed as a 4500 sq. ft. vacation home on the Oregon coast, this house incorporates exposed timber-framing to create airy, flowing spaces that express the clients’ desire for casualness and warmth. An exposed timbered bridge links the Master Suite to the children's bedrooms and over looks the Living Room below. The major rooms in the house were sited to capitalize on views to the ocean and a screened-in porch area allows for viewing winter storms.
