Sondland Residence

This project involved a general renovation of the house, which included the addition of a master suite, a more gracious stairway, and excavation of the basement level to add new bedrooms, nanny quarters, an office and workout room. The grounds were reconfigured to improve upon the street appearance of the house, as well as to add a terraced swimming pool area with an adjacent pool house.
