Kearney Retail Building

Kearney & 23rd is a complete renovation of an existing retail structure. The tenant spaces were all gutted and redesigned (Chesshir Architecture also did the interiors for Manor and Two Tarts). New entries and reworking were done to change and significantly alter the exterior to give the building new life. Green permeable landscaping was added to the existing parking lot to soften its impact on the surrounding neighborhood.
