chesshir architecture - pdc storefront

Contracted by the PDC as one of the approved storefront architects, Chesshir Architecture works with owners and tenants throughout identified locations within the Portland Metropolitan Area to improve existing storefronts. Owners and tenants are granted up to $20,000 in matching funds to make improvements. Projects range from painting to complete facade remakes. Storefront designs are concerned not only with daytime appearance but nighttime as well with an aim towards improving public safety and the successful integration of urban design goals for a healthy city core. Digital tools are used to create visions that can be understood by both owners and tenants.
