Chesshir Architecture serves as a liason between tenants and the owner in this three-block high-end retail center in thriving downtown Portland, Oregon. Our role is to assure tenant conformance with design standards and assist in developing an appealing storefront that conveys an appropriate image. Chesshir Architecture has also designed several retail and food stores as well created base building improvements and assisted in the development of tenant design criteria.
